Location

If in a city apartment the location of the bathroom is already indicated, which makes it impossible to freely transfer wet zones, then in a private house you yourself plan the layout of the premises. It seems that this is carte blanche for any of the most daring ideas, but in fact, even if the building is designed from scratch, there are nuances.

So, when planning the location of the bathroom, consider:

• How many floors and rooms in the house.
• The number of residents, their lifestyle.
• The material from which the house is made.
• Features of communications (type of ventilation, heating, plumbing system, etc.).

Bathroom placement is considered optimal on the first floorIdeally — next to the kitchen. This will allow you to compactly organize communications without stretching pipes throughout the house. But parquet, linoleum or carpet should not be laid in the hygienic area.

But beautiful wooden chests of drawers and cabinets with various decorative elements will fit into the classics or country music. Only if you choose models from natural wood, the facades need to be treated with a composition that protects against moisture.
