Squeeze out the maximum: 4 examples of redevelopment of a small apartment
[ad_1]
one Eco style apartment
This design project was created for an apartment in a typical house MG-601, a kopeck piece with an area of 39 sq. m. It was originally designed for a family living in a big city — that is why the natural theme is so actively supported in the interior (natural materials, neutral palette).
Since the apartment was originally designed for a small family, a compact separate bathroom was combined and expanded to the area of a small corridor. It was possible to place a spacious laundry area, a shower room and a toilet itself.
In addition, the entrance area is connected to the living room, which provides better illumination of the corridor and, in general, makes the space visually larger due to the absence of unnecessary partitions. The entrance to the kitchen was moved and made from the living room, which improved the ergonomics of the space. The solution with the bedroom is also interesting. The room was reduced and made a dressing room. This solution is typical for modern layouts in new buildings, while in old typical houses it is quite difficult to find a place for a wardrobe. Everything worked out here.

7 interesting redevelopment of apartments up to 50 sq. m (note)
2 Atmospheric apartment in the spirit of the Soviet intelligentsia
Initially, this apartment was a one-room apartment, although quite spacious, almost 43 square meters before redevelopment. And in the process of alteration, it was possible to allocate additional zones, turning the apartment into a two-room apartment.
This was made possible by joining the hall area to the room. So it was possible to give the elongated space a more regular shape. After that, it was divided into two rooms, one of which was the bedroom. It is located next to the window, and in the other part there is a seating area with a sofa, which is also a living room.
The apartment had two bathrooms, it was decided to abandon the second one in favor of a dressing room. Thanks to this, there is no need for wardrobes in the rooms, and the space, despite the division, has become visually larger.

3 From odnushka to kopeck piece: interior for mom and son
Another example of redevelopment odnushki kopeck piece. This time, the original area was even smaller, only 33 squares. There was a kitchen, a living room, a compact bathroom and a closet.
Since the family for which the interior was created consists of two people, mother and son, they decided to redevelop it in order to allocate their own space for each. To do this, the room was expanded with a pantry, after which it was divided and two entrances were made. They decided to place a nursery near the window, and in the mother’s bedroom they made forced ventilation and thought out good lighting. This compensates for the lack of a window. Additional lighting is provided by a glass partition with a door.
The interior turned out to be very calm, pacifying, reminiscent of either the Scandinavian style, or eco, or Provence. The only exception was the bathroom, it is brighter, the principles of color block were used in the decoration.

It’s real: 5 baby apartments, from which designers squeezed the maximum
four Kitchen, living room, bedroom and dressing room on 40 squares
A one-room apartment of a classic layout with an elongated room, a separate bathroom and a compact kitchen was the first home for a young couple. To highlight more functional areas and make the interior comfortable for living, the designer decided to redevelop.
To begin with, the partition between the kitchen and the room was removed, after which new zones were identified. Part of the kitchen set is located on the corridor area. Thanks to this solution, it was possible to fit everything you need and not occupy the kitchen space with cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a living area with a large modular sofa. The bedroom is separated behind a glass partition.
The remaining area was divided into a dining area with access from the kitchen and walk-in wardrobe, which can be accessed from the bedroom and hallway. This solution makes daily household scenarios more convenient. A separate bathroom was combined to get a more spacious room.
